The Mission: From strategy to high-impact execution
As our Digital Trading Manager, you move past "broad ideas" and into high-impact execution. You own the promotional roadmap, the Go-to-Market (GTM) calendar, and the end-to-end customer journey. You aren’t doing this alone; you’ll lead a focused team of three specialists across UX, Commercial planning and Campaign Management, who are ready to hit the ground running with you.
What success looks like in year one:
Data driven approach: You’ve implemented your data driven approach to commercial decision making - allowing us to be better informed of the impact of our actions and ensuring these insights drive future planning.
Operational Harmony: Our GTM calendar is synchronized across the whole business, and our leadership team has full confidence in your weekly trading data.
AOV & CVR Growth: You’ve implemented smart upsell mechanics and UX optimizations that have measurably moved the needle on our Average Order Value and Conversion Rate.
The Voice of the Customer: You’ve bridged the gap between commercial goals and tech development, ensuring we build the features that actually drive revenue.
What we’d be thrilled for you to bring
5+ years of Digital Trading experience: You know the levers of e-commerce by heart and have managed a digital business from a commercial P&L perspective.
Platform Agility: You’ve managed e-commerce platforms at scale. We run on Shopify, so experience there is a massive plus, but if you’ve mastered Magento, Centra, or Salesforce and have the "tech-fluency" to switch, we’re all ears.
A Data-Driven Mindset: You don’t guess; you audit. You use data to make tactical pivots and strategic bets.
Leadership with Heart: You know how to mentor and develop a team, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
