In Hobbii, the happiest place on earth for yarn lovers, we're on the lookout for a German speaking Customer Success Hero. We believe we have the nicest customers in the world. Bold statement - but do you feel like experiencing what we're talking about?
We are looking for a new addition to our vibrant, international team, where you together with 21 dedicated and helpful colleagues will be the main point of contact for our customers. We are on the lookout for a happy, smiling and outgoing person, who most importantly: loves being in contact with customers đ
Being a Customer Success Hero at Hobbii involves taking care of our lovely customers by phone and email. We want to have the best customer service and you will play a key role in achieving that. You will with your love and charm help our German customers with everything from shipment details, product specifics and general questions about yarn, patterns and everything in between.
You will primarily work from our HQ in Dortheavej (Copenhagen), but we are flexible in terms of working remotely đ»
Speaking of flexibility, we hope that you can work minimum 20 hours/week, incl. every second weekend and have the possibility to take extra hours during the busy periods. If you can only/mainly work during evenings, this is not a show-stopperđïž
The skills you need to master this role:
- Fluency in German- both spoken and written
- You knit and/or crochet yourself and have a good understanding of yarnđ§¶
- You have most likely worked with CS before - either over the phone, email or face to face with customers
- You are detail-oriented and tech-savy
- You are a quick learner and a problem-solver
- Plus: The more languages you speak - the happier we'll be :-)
