The Quest

In order to keep delivering outstanding service and meet our customers’ needs, we are looking to add a new leader to our team. With a high-tempo environment and a true hunger to deliver results, we expect you to be the keyholder for our evening and weekend shifts. The position is in our Outbound department that requires you to collaborate with other teams and departments, be the go-to person on the shift, as well as make decisions about production numbers, workforce division, and organisation and process optimization.

• Aspiring to lead teams by example - but not necessarily warehouse experience. You may have leadership experience from elsewhere e.g. retail, team sports or something else entirely

• A talented multi-tasker with a practical approach - and get s**t done (sorry!) 💪

• Have top-notch leadership and people skills, with the ability to motivate others by creating a positive and high-performing environment

• A great communicator in English (our official company language).

Not the average warehouse

At Hobbii we sell yarn to tens of thousands of customers every month, and we are working day and night to become the favourite shop for all yarn lovers worldwide.

For that purpose, we operate from Space42 (our Warehouse), a 10,000 square metres located in Greve. Within those walls, we have Autostore, our automated system with 115 robots, picking from around 11.000 products and making our work so much more efficient. Everything is cared for by our 60+ employees from over 20 nationalities. In other words, we love diversity!
